However, if I copy and paste a Customer ID (for example TARGET) into that column and attempt to save
I get the message below and it creates an incomplete row from nowhere which is the bottom row in the screenshot above.
Is this normal or is it a customization bug?? This screen was upgraded from 6.5 to SL 7.0
Any help is appreciated.
