Showing Item Available Qty to Pick on a Sales Order when dedicated bins are used

When an item is in a dedicated bin, it doesn't show as available to pick in a pick worksheet, however it does show in the item availability on sales orders. 

For example this item, when we pull it into the Pick Worksheet it shows 80 as available. In the Sales Order when you are entering the item, both the figures in the fact box and in the Item Availability options do not reflect the same figure. From the SO I cannot see a way of seeing that same number of 80.

We can see 38 are in a dedicated bin, so the item availability is not taking this into account:

Any suggestions as to how we can see or access the Available Qty to Pick figure from a Sales Order without having to create a pick?
