Length of GS1 SSCC company prefix is only 8 digits and I need 9

Hi, I am setting up SSCC license plate labels. They have a company prefix that is 9 digits long (542502918) while the GS1 Company prefix field on the warehouse parameters is only 8 long. So I set up the number sequence extension (see image) so that the first constant adds the missing "5" to the compnay prefix. The format looks OK 542502918########^. So far so good.

However, when I create a LP by receiving I get 000 then the 8 digits of the company prefix then the serial number and finally the check digit.

So the format is ignored?

In this thread a feature called "Number sequence extension" is referred to to solve the problem. But I can't find a feature by that name?

My questions :

How can I make an GS1 SSCC with a 9-digit company prefix?
What about the feature I can't find?

Feature is already enabled if in your warehouse parameter you have visible column "Number Sequence extension"

Your license plate sequence number is setup in that column ?

Hi Nuno,

Thank you very much for your tip. This was indeed what I was missing and now I can configure the structure of the SSCC with a constant + the 8 digit company prefix from the warehouse parameters = 9 digits GS1company prefix of my client.
