I would like to know if it is possible in D365 F&O v24 to set up that employees get a notification when a case has been put on their name.
The simpelest way possible please since i'm not familiair with writing code.

I am not a big fan of alerts because its like a poke and if you dont not act on them its forgotten. I always prefer a tile on a Dashboard that acts as a constant reminder of what is waiting for their action; very simple since tehre is a menu items for <My Cases> and <My Open Cases>. But as the question is for alerts or notiofictions, here goes...
The simplest way possible if for the employee to set it for themselves using the method below. You can also do it for them, but you have to setup an alert for each employee. Navigate to All cases and from there click on Options > Create a customer alert. In teh dialog box, you will need to configure as follows. This alert is unique for a user, so you need to have one per employee that wants to be alerted.
For more elaborate evaluation of the Employee Responsible, you would need to user PowerAutomate. With PowerAutomate you would be able to create a single flow to evaluate who is the employee responsible and send them an email. But that is not the simplest.
