in powerapps you need to add "component" sub grid to the form then the related table e.g contacts and set the default related view and publish.
I tried but the result is not the same.

whats the actual issue then, the formatting or otherwise as you have a sub grid with related opportunities. what are you trying to achieve exactly
I'd like to see the 3 buttons to switch the modules.... like the first image.
What can I do to activate that?
