I have following error message, its the integration with mailchimp, but i have no idea how to understand what it actually means.

This is not so useful error code or message.
Try to verify the actual sensitive error message in Server Event viewer & Platform trace at the same time, that will be helpful to troubleshoot the actual issue.

Since you are using CRM On Prem, try checking if there are any errors on the event viewer on the CRM Server.

The first line of the error says "SecurityNegotiationExceptio" which is usually related to user authentication. It looks like you are using PowerMailchimp, if this is so then you can check the user credentials and can also test it from the configuration available under the solution.
