Switching a user from full price to promotional price license

We purchased a full price Business Central license but eligible for the promotional migration offer.

How can we switch users over to the promotional license? Does it appear as a separate license in  the MS 365 Admin Center?

    You may want to raise this via partner center to Microsoft. I would first ask the license department.
