Manufacturing Component Transaction Entry - From -> To : Item now show correct From Site

How does the Manufacturing Component Transaction Entry Window determine where to issue a component from?

I have an item that should be issued from SEC WHSE, but it is showing PROD-C 

I have not been able to determine where it is picking up this value?

Can anyone assist?

    if not populated on the BOM it will use the scheduling preferences

    Thank you for the reply.  I found out after asking a few questions, the item was added to the BOM after the initial creation.  When they added the item, they specified the incorrect "From" site.
