Cash Receipt Journal Error "You do not have the following permissions on TableData Gen. Journal Line: Modify"

Business Central Error: You do not have the following permissions on TableData Gen. Journal Line: Modify when attempting to post a Cash Receipt Journal. To view details about your permissions, see the Effective Permissions page. To report a problem, refer to the following server session ID: '35458'.

Path: Cash Receipt Journals -- Post/Print -- Error

Any suggestions on how to rectify this error?

    For the User that you are working with check page 'Effective Permission'.

    See if the Table Data 'Gen. Journal Line' has 'modify' permission as Yes for this user (most probably it will be 'No' since you have got this error)

    Check what all permission this user has. D365 JOURNALS, EDIT and G/L-JOURNAL should exist in Permissiom Set.

    If it is a SUPER User and still you have encountered this error, then it has to do with your Licence. Verify your License whether for how many Users you can have Modify Permission.

    Thank you, this got us in the right direction. It was a license issue. A Essential license SUPER user was able to process this cash receipt, whereby a Team Member license was not able to.
