Problem Statement.

We are using business central wave1 version 24 updated.

1 Year back we have took free of cost float rate.com application services for daily update the currency exchange rate into business central by using the standard functionality as currency exchange rate services.

then we have created Job queue to update exchange rate on day to day basis as per given parameters.

but after few months job queue got failure to update the currency rate on daily basis for currency code Kenaya shillong KES-

below error message is giving by system.

his page contains the following errors:

error on line 2 at column 1: Extra content at the end of the document

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

we dont know what is the root cause in API. because seems to be issue from source file of Floatrate.com.

Provide the suggestions as which API best suitable to business central ERP to update the daily currency exchange rate

The problem is with float rates, you can wait until they fix the issue they have with some currencies, as the more popular currencies still work, or use another service.

Hey Team,

Would like to inform you . No action required in Business central ERP side.

i have raised support ticket to float rate.com and they solved the issue in feed file.

My integration works successfully for Kenaya Shilong (KES ) currency code.

Opinion to everyone here is those are using the currency exchange rate services through float rate.com to BC.

and if encountered the same isssue as per earlier screenshot given for feed file update. then simply raise the ticket to floatrate.com and withing 1-2 timeline they fixed issue.
