Business Central Work Description Not Saving

Hello,

When adding text to the work description on a sales invoice it does not save. Any idea why?

The box is grey on the image. Is it when you type? Should be white to indicate “edit” is enabled.

Hi Josh,

Thank you for your response.

When we type something into the white work description box, it will input the text and leave it there. When exiting the sales invoice it says it has been saved; when returning to the sales invoice the work description is cleared out; no text.

Hello,

I ran the scenario and I am not able to reproduce what you write. Is there modification done related to these objects? Josh is right that the work description field should not be shown in grey. It is white in view mode / edit mode in standard CRONUS company.

The solution for this is to disable the grammarly extension from your browser and then try to modify the text it will save it automaticllay.
