How do I add a new team member to Dynamic to they appear in a lookup field?

Hello,

We have a new financial advisor join our practice, and I need to be able to assign them as an advisor to an Opportunity and/or in Orders. There are currently two existing advisors in the practice, and we just start typing their names into the Advisor: field, and it auto-populates. Where do I need to add the new advisor's name to the system so their names can auto-appear in the options list too?
