Configure CyberSource at Payment Processor in Microsoft Dynamics RMS

Hi,

In RMS currently we are looking at option to use CyberSource as payment processor for credit/debit card payments.

The RMS version we use is 2.0.0123

Is it possible to use CyberSource as a Credit/debit card payment processor in RMS version 2.0.0123 ?

If so, Could you please provide information to set up CyberSource as payment processor.

Which EDC software should used in Operations Administrator -> Configuration -> EDC ?

I think currently we use "Preferred Acquirer Credit/Debit Card Processing".

I am new to credit/debit card payment process. So any information is helpful.

    Thanks for the help.

    I have found that Online Payment Option is available in SP3. By installing the SP3, I was able to get the Online Payment Option SO Admin. After SP3 installation version number jumped to 2.0.0126.

    I _think_ it was added in Feature Pack 1, ver 2.0.0150

    You could also use the TGate/Bridgepay platform.  I can set this up for you if you know which back end CyberSource uses,  example FDMS North (First Data)

    Hi Jeff,

    Thanks for response.

    In our SO Admin | File | Configuration | EDC tab | there is no dropdown option of Microsoft Dynamic Online.  

    There is only following options;

    PC-Charge

    IC Verify

    Atomic Authorizer

    WinTI / European EFT

    Preferred Acquirer Credit/Debit Card Processing

    The version of SO Admin is 2.0.0123

    Maybe.  CyberSource is listed as one of the processors for the Microsoft Dynamics Online Payment Service.  Go into SO Admin | File | Configuration | EDC tab | check the Use Electronic ... | select the Microsoft Dynamics Online ... dropdown | Advance Options button | click the orange Sign Up button | read through all 3 tabs, CyberSource is listed twice on the Providers tab.

    I don't know if it works or ever has, as I don't know anyone who is using this option.
