Hi All,

We have CRM 2013 on premises. we observed in application server event viewer we are receiving below warning error. what causing this issue.

A Sandbox Host is not available.
Source: w3wp.exe (6312)
Sandbox Host: CRMAPPSERVER
Reason: System.ServiceModel.EndpointNotFoundException: There was no endpoint listening at net.tcp://CRMAPPSERVER/CrmSandboxHost that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

let me know if you required more information.

Thanks,

Dhaval

    Hi

Can you provide more details if there in the event viewer logs?

Also ensure whether the firewall is not blocking the port used by sandbox service.

    Regards,

    Pranesh Juwale.

    Please proceed the following steps:

IIS >> Application Pool >> "Maximum Worker Processes" is set to 1.

    Hope this helps

    Hi,

This is normaly related to the set up. You need to verify the url's used in the deployment manager. Also, if you are not using NLB then ensure that Web Address >> Advance >> "The deployment uses NLB" checkbox is unchecked.

You can also check IIS >> Application Pool >> "Maximum Worker Processes" is set to 1.

    Hope this helps.
