How to run MS CRM Reports directly from Reporting server

Hello Team,

I want to generate SSRS report from MSD report server ,please suggest me how can generate report and send it via mail as a PDF .

 

I don't want to use any workflow or plugin for it.

I am using 2011 on premises CRM version.

    Hi Tin, Yes SSRS Reporting Extention for dynamics CRM will configure your SSRS reports on your SQL Server during intlaation. This means you can develop custom Reports using BIDS for SQL Server, which is also part of Visual Studio / SQL Server. You can author your Custom SQL Reports, and is SSRS you cam configure it in the reports settings to regularly email your reports in PDF.

    But I want a way how can i do this .I am searching but not finding proper way how can i initiate to complete this task....can you help me out....

    Hi Tin, firstly your on premise crm should already be configured with SSRS and have the CRM Reporting extention installed. You can verify by navigating to your SQL Server URL/Reports and /Reportserver. From here you can add your Reports and configure for email delivery routines?

    Let me know if you succesfully find your Reportserver URL?
