Hi,

I wonder if you guys encounter this problem. The ribbon button for Account are missing.

1.) I have zero customization on this page.

2.) when i select pop up this record, the ribbon button is showing.

3.) only happen to Account, contact is working fine.

4.) I am using Admin.

5.) Tried Clear cache, different browsers

Did you try to import the ribbon from another CRM to this one ?

Maybe it will update it.

Hi Alex,

If it a trial instance, not working as expected, struggling with lot of ribbon rendering issues

It seems this is a bug for some instances. For those who encounter this problem, raise a ticket to Microsoft.
