How can I attach and existing quote database to CRM 4.0 so I can use this data within CRM 4.0

I guess you have a couple of options then, you propaply want to explore creating some ASPX pages that can be linked into CRM via an iframe on the appropriate entity. The custom page will use a .net data connector to read theother SQL database for the appropriate records, but you will have to update the quote database or the CRM records with a link ID.

I have a quote package that we designed off an sql data base. I would like to be able to add the quotes to the respective opportunities in CRM.

THere are a number of ways round this issue, and it depends if you just want to push data from CRM to the quote or use the quote functionality of the other data base in CRM. WHat Quote application are you using or is it bespoke.
