Hello all,

we are using CRM 2013 on-premise our AD set to expire in 4 hrs for some security reason but we get complaints that user is losing their work when it expires so is there any way we can fix it from our without windows team help? And is there any way we can extend the time frame.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi

You will have to make sure that the autosave is enabled at the org level and make sure no javascript on any form disables the autosave.

    Hello,

Thanks for the comment I don't think this auto-save feature available in CRM 2013 at least we don't have this option.
