Hi,

Is Incoming Document like a Shared Inbox type, where any of the user can see other's Incoming Document?
For example, I am operating with multiple email accounts on the same environment. The document I send to from one account can be seen on the other. Is there a possibility where it can be hidden from the other user or something like that?

It’s like a shared repository but a user must push a document to it. For example in the outlook add-in a user can send an attachment from a vendor to the incoming document table. A process can then be run in the database to do something with that attachment. Can be to create and invoice or to choose it as a linked document for a journal line.

Overall they are shared attachments. If you don’t want users to view them don’t add them.
