App won't open when client switched to unified interface

Created a new app within a solution and I want to use the unified interface but whenever I try to open the app I am met with the below error. The app works with the web client.

Anyone know a way to resolve this?

    Create another app, if it worked fine - this could be a mess while provisioning.

    Raise a ticket with MS support, they can assist you.

    I have another app I created before this one, which works fine. I have now raised a ticket with MS. Thanks.
