Issue in Opening form in "customer Service Hub"

Hi All, 

We have a custom entity, which works fine in CRM, but when we are trying open the record with "Customer Service Hub" Application, getting the following error.

We dont have any plugin or javascripts one this entity, yet throwing this error

    @ganesh198715 raise MS ticket as there is issue with the product itself.
