Printing Multiple Invoices

I have a client who goes to

Transactions >> Sales >> Sales Batches

Clicks Print, selects Invoices and then print again, but nothing prints, either to screen or to print.  Just nothing happens.

Client can quite happily print the individual invoices in the batch from the Sales Transaction Entry Screen.

Any suggestions?

    Check in that box that pops up when they select Invoices that the checkbox is checked that says "Print Previously Printed Invoices." or something like that.  I think it keeps a count of how many times it is printed.
