I assigned the role of System Administration , even though the user is not able to see any Entity.
Version : Sandbox
CRM Version :

A few questions:
Is the Site Map visible, or completely empty?
Do other users/ system admin users see the Site Map or other entities?
Is this a new environment, or existing?
Are you getting any errors?

Did the user tried to access CRM with anoter webbrowser? Did he cleared his cache?
Yes we did!! , but still issue persist.
Hope the user might be in org BU . If so pls check the user's team has administrator role
yes he is Org BU. We assigned System admin role to his team, still issue persist. No doubt he can able to see entities in Settings(Site map).
Then i believe use can able to see the all the solutions and its entities . then the issue might be with your sitemap. pls check tat.
yes I can see the solution and entities. I open the site map editor there all it is showing. Where exactly in Site map then ?.

Hi Syed. I tried doing as given in the link. but that is not working.. we gave user as system Administration Roles. For other user it working fine as gave as system administration. but only one user is not able to access.
