How do I customize the look of a lookup component?

Hello everyone

I have created a new entity, called Country. This entity has a relation to the Account entity, and the main account form has a lookup field for the country.
But in the lookup, the country list shows a time and date below every country (I assume last modified or created date). How can I remove these dates? Is there a form that I need to change for this?
This also happens with other entities (both custom and non-custom).

Kind regards

Out of the box entities and custom entities have a view named "<entity> Lookup View". For example, Country Lookup View. The first three columns defined in this view are displayed in the search of a lookup field. You can modify the Lookup View in the Customizations, Customize the System area of Advanced Settings. When you expand entities and expand your country entity in the left nav, click on Views, Find the Country Lookup View and open it in edit view. Remove the columns you don't want, then save and publish all customizations. That should make the lookup search appear the way you want without the dates. I have a lookup view for a custom country entity where I show the two-character ISO code and the full name of the country.
