    Hi Shawn,

The list of best practices can be very long and exhaustive since there are multiple processes involved. I would focus on the most strategic once which can be split into three categories: Solution, Partner, and Business Transformation.

    Solution:

    • Make sure the solution is the right fit for your company's business strategy in a long run
    • Prepare to own the solution after it goes live - maintenance, updates, administration, user support

    Partner

    • Find a partner with a track record of successful implementations for companies like yours and the capability to support your business
    • Aim at building a long-lasting relationship with your partner - get to know each other, challenge each other and build open, candor relationships from the beginning

    Business Transformation

    • Make sure the new solution brings efficiency, simplicity, and automation to your business processes
    • Build an internal business transformation hub where your employees would be able to spearhead the innovation by implementing their ideas through Power Platform

    Hi Shawn Sauve,

This is a really wide-open question.

I would like to give a few examples:

    1.Mareting

Before we can sell anything, we need to get more people to know about it.

The way to do this can be to use emails or hold events and in the follow-up analysis to see how effective this is and try to automate these processes.

    2.Sales

When we make sales, we need to bundle sales using various attractive discounts to increase our turnover.

Also sales can be integrated with other dynamic 365 applications so that these applications can play a bigger role.

    3.Field service

Field service, as its name implies, there are times when we sell more than just products, but also services.

It can integrate all front-line personnel and resources and reduce management costs.

Field service is not only suitable for enterprises, but also some non-profit organizations.

    4.More useful applications
