Is it possible to change the default email application on iPhone/iPad to Outlook app in Dynamics 365 for mobile?

    Hello Julie,

    In Dynamics 365 for mobile we open default app for email composing.

    Unfortunately IOS doesn't allow users to change default app for that.

    I guess dynamics 365 app will not allow this. You may want do this setup of iphone level, however it seems that is also not allowed by apple. You cannot change the default mailing app, you can change the account inside the default email app provided by apple -- perhaps outlook or gmail.
