Hi, recently I've realized that ribbon buttons on one of our on-premise CRM2011 environments have very strange behavior: when moving mouse over the buttons, the don't get highlighted. Moreover, when clicking on the button with black triangle (flyout type, e.g. Run report button), the whole CRM application turns into the blank page, so it's not possible to see ribbon button items, see screenshot:
This problem doesn't occur on any other CRM environments at this time.
Update Rollup 11 is installed.
Any help will be appreciated.
