Use of Visual Ribbon Editor or Ribbon Workbench ?

can use Visual Ribbon for crm online 2015 ? use of Ribbon Workbench is recommended by Microsoft ? there is other tools?

    Hi Mazzir,

    There are some other tools but I wouldn't bother with them - Ribbon Workbench is awesome. Scott Durow (the author) has saved me and other CRM users countless hours over the years.

    I completely agree with Aiden; the amount of work put into Ribbon workbench is amazing. Scott has done a great job with the tool and it's functionality.

    im working in crm online and i  imported the solution but it didn't work .

    what should i do to install silverlight and make it work with the ribbon workbench ?

    Hi,

    You need Silverlight installed to use the CRM 2015 version. The 2016 version was re-written without Silverlight but you need to upgrade to use that.
