Hello,

I've noticed that depending on the form I'm using, my Activity options are different.

When using the new Social Pane, it's been limited:

Yet when using the old form I have my full option set:

I'm wondering how to add the additional options back for the Social Pane.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Brianna,

    Social Pane is not customizable so there is no way you can add/remove options from list.

    How would you recommend tracking letter activities then since they can't be added to the Social Pane?

    Hi Brianna, You can use the Activity Associated View such as on the records menu navigation or a Subgrid to display and Add and display letter Activities?
