I am trying to create a new AA query and after I enter 1 for the begin month and 12 for the end month and click Next I get this error message. Please enter a valid calendar month between 0 and 0 for fiscal year 2014 Do I have corrupt AA setup tables? How do I get this query to execute?

I do not appear to be able to attach a screenshot, but the AA Reporting Option screen shows no periods setup. How do I get the fiscal periods setup on this screen?

    Mr. Richard,

There is no setup for this window as it retrieves data throughout the AA setup from the fiscal year setup originally created in Dynamics GP. The data mostly resides in AAG00500.

In case we are talking about a live environment, then removing the AA completely and reactivating it could not be a valid solution. I am not quite sure but do believe that this table should resolve the problem when filled out.

    Please keep us posted,

Mr. AlSaadi, this is a production environment and from my understanding something happened at the end of 2012. They were trying to install SLB and something went wrong and then the person doing this quit and work stopped. I have no idea what would have gone on however I see from 2013 on there is no data collecting in the AA Smartlists. When I can get back on their server I will check out the AAG00500 table. I will try looking at the TWO..AAG00500 table to see what the records should looks like.

Nothing we have tried has corrected this issue. When I recalculate the FY no new records appear in the AAG00500 tables. We will now open a case with MS as we have tried everything we can try.

Just sent you what that table should look like, hope it helps.  You could import the table as a direct table import.  Wondering if the person who left deleted or dropped the table on you?  Don't see a way to checklink it, it is associated with your Dynamics table.  I'm sure GP is going to come up with the SP that builds that table when the AA install gets run.

Running check links was bad. It generated a few thousand pages of records removed messages. This another reason why I feel there are other setup tables either missing or not populated. We restored from backup so as not to lose any AA data.
