Management Reporter - Styling in Header

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi there - I've been requested to change the format of the text in a report header.  For example, we're currently using the @Fiscal Period and @EndDate to create a line such as "For the 5 Months Ending 5/31/14."  Management has decided it should read like "For the Five Months Ending May 31, 2014."  Does anyone know if this is possible to do in Management Reporter?  Currently, we're downloading the report into Excel and manually changing.

Thanks for your help!

These options may be different depending on the version of MR you are on.  We just upgraded to the most recent release of MR and I see a couple options that may provide some of what you need.  @PeriodCountText will give you the number of periods covered in text format. And the one I think you are looking for is @PeriodCoverage @DateLong which will give you the period covered and report date in text form.
