Has anyone written a SQL query that simply identifies items for deletion that have never had any sales or purchase movement, or any IC transactions against them in Dynamics GP?

Matt Landis has slow moving item SQL Code at http://dynamicssmallbusiness.blogspot.com/2010/05/how-to-see-dynamics-gp-items-you-didnt.html and Vaidy has slow moving inventory code at http://mohdaoud.blogspot.com/2008/11/list-of-inventory-items-that-have-not.html.

Either one of these would be a starting point for zero sales.

    Sharon,

This may not give you everything you're asking for, but is probably a good start: http://victoriayudin.com/2009/12/04/sql-view-for-inventory-items-and-dates/.  Just take out the WHERE clause at the very end if you want to include items with no quantities on hand.
