Safe Pay Issue

I have a client who is using Safe Pay and has multiple uploads set up. When they run the upload from the upload transactions window, the first time the window is opened, the file uploads fine. However, if they then select a second upload format, and then upload transactions, the $ amount and # of transactions show, but no lines show up. If you close the window, and then reopen it, and select that upload format, the transactions line then show when you click on upload transactions. Has anyone else experience this? Any ideas on what might be causing this?
