CRM Online or On-Premise Lalit?

If on-premise - You will be using Active Directory. This means the password is the one that you use to login to Windows with.

If CRM Online - I believe you will need to go into your Office 365 portal and change it for the user in there.

How do you access CRM? What is the URL you are using? Could you try Settings>Customisation>Developer resources and see what is in there?

Hello Lalit,

Got to Setting->Security->User-> New user, if you will get form to create new user then it means you are having on premise, so you can do this through AD, but if you will get a dialog saying you need to create user from portal then it is online, need to logged in office 365 port to reset user password.
