How can sort notes (Timeline control) by created on date.

We have a scenario where we need to import historical notes to CRM and we have mapped the create date with Overriddencreatedon. The createdon date in annotations entity is set same as the source system but the modified on date is the date when record gets created in CRM.

My concerns is if we can update modifiedon with historical date or sort the timeline by createdon.

Thanks,

Bali.

You have to use the modern form editor on make.powerapps.com and follow the below instructions to choose the desired field to sort notes or posts on the timeline:

    Hello,

This was introduced with the 2020 Release Wave 2. You can now sort notes by Created On date instead of the default Modified On.
You need to use the modern maker experience to configure this.
