Encrypted emails won't open

Hi all, I'm testing the Server side synchronization with CRM 2016 On Premises, when I received an encrypted email, even sometimes a digitally signed email the body of the email only displays an error saying:

The email below might contain script or content that is potentially harmful and has been blocked.

But the content cannot be seen at all I get the From, To, CC, Subject, etc. But the content not at all. I tried to find a place where I  probably have to upload an email certificate but I haven't find such as place. If anyone can help me thanks in advance.

    Make sure the CRM website is added to your trusted sites and set the following in the general settings and try again:

    Administration -> System Settings -> Email -> Use secure frames to restrict e-mail message content is set to No

    Hi Rene,

    Well, following is not the solution for the problem faced by  you, but its a workaround for the problem. I highly recommend you to go deep on the Exchange server, Server-side synchronization, Email router or CRM server and check whether any of these components are adding something in the email body or not?

    Workaround:-

    Run the following JavaScript on the form_Onload of Email:-

    function hideScriptErrorMsgBlock() {
       var _errorMsgBlock = document.getElementById("trBlockMsg");
       if (_errorMsgBlock != null && _errorMsgBlock != undefined) {
           document.getElementById("trBlockMsg").style.display = 'none';
       }
    }

    Above workaround is provided by Palani on another thread.

    Thank you Zohaib, I actually considered the workaround, and still I think I will use it but the problem will remain user will not see the content. Thank you any way once I'll make it work I for sure will add the script to avoid the message

    On the client where you want to open the crm email.

    Thanks for the answer, but unfortunately adding the site to trusted sites didn't work and the setting was already in no.

    It still sounds to me like IE security settings but I will be wrong.

    But no harm done in trying;

    In trusted sites were you added the crm, can you verify (and change if needed) everything to 'enable' (or prompt) under 'ActiveX controls and plugins'.

    That way you are certain it is not that :) .
