Retention log retains information even with no retention strategy activated

Hi,

I've realised that my retention log keeps growing as the system keeps adding data to it even though all my retention strategy are turned off and the change log is also turned off. It's specifically linked with the retention strategy named : /Change Log Entry/ .

Is there any way to modify this retention strategy because the line are locked? I also seems to be missing the information as to why it keeps writing those entries to the journal.
