Delete Sales Order Which has been ship

Hello Guys, 

So i have old SO which i want to deleted, but it seems the SO has been posted shipment therefore i cannot deleted it

here what is says, i also tried to deleted related Shipment document but it cannot be deleted too. Please help how can i deleted this SO.

    Hi,

    you should first cancel the shipment - Undo shipment on the lines of that shipment.

    After that, your shipped quantity will be 0, and the quantity to ship will have value.

    Reopen SO and delete it.

    Hi Renato,

    Thank you for the answer, but i cant find how to undo the shipment.

    my shipment has already been posted so i go to "posted sales shipment" but when i cannot deleted it. Could you please show me how to undo the shipment, i really gonna be grateful to you

    Hi,

    when you are on the Posted Sales Shipment, in the lines actions you have function called Undo Shipment
