Trial Balance in NAV 2018

Hello everyone, 

Could you please advise how can I export a Trial Balance for the whole year (e.x 2020) in excel but the export to be month by month with opening and closing balances for every month. (maybe with a tab for every month)

    Anastasia,

    Search for a report called Trial Balance by Period. Enter the starting date of 2020, 010120 and then fill in any options. You can preview or Print to Excel.

    1. Specify the start date of the period you wish to view the report for in the Options tab.
    2. The G/L account tab has 2 types of filter sections ie Show Results and Limit totals. Add the "Net Change" Filter to the "Show Results" section. If this filter is not visible on the dropdown, select the "Additional" option from the dropdown to see all fields available and select "Net Change". Specify the filter value as <>0 to only show accounts which had a movement in the period of your date filter.
    3. Enter the Date Filter as a range of the actual period in the "Limit Totals To" section and click Preview to view the report.
