Cache issues in the customer portal

Hi,

We have a customer portal with a form for an application.

When the customer saves their replies, they cannot see the updated answer when opening their application again from the portal.

If I clear the portal cache from powerapps, it works.

(Also the application in Dynamics is updated correctly regardless of cache)

Is there any way to fix the issue that the customers cant see their updates without waiting 15 min each time?

    Hi Hee,

    One option is to use the Power Apps portals WebAPI to clear the portal cache.
