Extended Price

Dear All,

We use trade discount in the sales invoice, is there any way to get the discounted price from the smart list>>sales line items ?. The invoice may contain more than one item.

I have to double check the sales commission which is paid by item, and it will be helpful if i can get the extended price (after the discount).

Thank you

You could use the Markdown field on each line? (Instead of the Trade Discount field).

Other than that you are probably looking at implementing Extended Pricing.

    Waleed,

GP actually stores the trade discount on a line item basis - you can add the column called Trade Discount Amount or Originating Trade Discount Amount to see it.  However, you will need to do the math (Extended Cost - Trade Discount) on your own, as GP does not calculate or store that.  Or, if you have SmartList Builder, you can create a custom SmartList that will do the math for you.
