I have a user getting the following error in GP:
"Premiums are not correct...cannot save this record."
She has tried to Update the Benefit Setup and Update the Benefit Enrollment (Human Resources->Reconcile). However, when she choose to synchronize records, she gets the following error:
"The system has found life insurance records whose premiums have not been broken down. There are approximately 22 records that need modification. Do you wish to do this now?"
When she says yes to modify and enters one of the employees from the list, this is when she gets the "Premiums are not correct...cannot save this record." error. She has even tried deleting the benefit from the life insurance enrollment, but it still shows up on the undefined life insurance signups list.

I am not finding much online about how to troubleshoot this issue. Any suggestions very much appreciated.
