Dynamics 365 Trial Missing Sales and Customer Service Application

Hi,

I'm using the Dynamics 365 (CRM) 30-day Trial but I'm not able to access the Sales, Marketing or Service modules in it.

The only available options are 'Home' and 'Settings' (screenshot).

I have tried many solutions from other posts in the community including, searching in AppSource, in Office 365 Admin Panel (Customer Service and Sales are installed) , changing browser from Chrome to IE, promoting user to Admin; but in vain.

Could anyone please help with a solution for this?

    Thank you for the reply.

    As mentioned, I have tried the 'Promote the Admin' option but it still does not show the Sales/Service module.

    Found the solution. For reference -

    After creating the trial, the default/admin user has no product licenses assigned to them. (Office 365 Admin Portal -> Users (Status Column is set to Unassigned)

    You need to assign 1 of the 25 licenses available for the particular user in the Office 365 Admin Portal to display the Sales/Service module in the CRM for that user.
