Switching company does not work

Hello,

We have upgrade GP2013 payroll year end updates and after that user is not able to switch company.  User has to log out and log back another company.

sa user id work perfect but non sa users face this issue. We have Collection Management that seems to causing issue. If on client machine CM is not installed users are able to switch companies. 

Can anyone guide me how to resolve this issue? I tried all level of user security but didn't help,.

    We had the same issue after our Payroll update.

    When the user that was doing collections tried to log onto a 'new' company the entire system failed.  However, when I ran Utilities (as sa) on that workstation - it appears to have done a 'minor' update - and then the user was able to log into the company and to switch between companies.

    There was / is no explaination other then Collections that means anything to us.  No other users have issues, only computer that the Collections user works at was effected - when she connected as her ID on another computer it worked just fine.

    Hope this helps.  If so, let everyone else know.
