Default View for Activity is not working

Hi,

I have created a custom view for Activity and set it as default view. But after that when I check in Dynamics the old view 'Open Activity Associated View' is still shown as default view. How can I set my custom view as default view in Activities?

Hi,

Where are you trying to set this as the default view? On a form? Are you using the Unified Interface?

Hi,

Here is the steps -

1. Go to settings - > Customization --> Customize the System --> Expand Entity --> Select View and from Actions choose Set Default.

2. Don't forget to do Publish All Customization.

Hi partner,

The old view 'Open Activity Associated View' should cannot be set as the default view because it is Associated View, only public views can be set as default.

Therefore, the original method of setting ' Open Activity Associated View' to the default view may prevent setting a new default view.

Could you check it out?
