Getting list of fields from a window

I want to get all the fields from a window. Is there any Dexterity function/procedure I can use?

I already try with Resource_GetSubResourceName, but only works for resource with ID >= 22000.

I see the field level security can do this, how is it done?

    in the window...click tools and Table finder

    It will give you the tables and the fields
