Slow to open RMS programs

How are you all,
I have a question that I hope you can help me with which is that I recently purchased RMS licenses to install in branches. In some devices, the program works very quickly and does not take a long time to open it or in the operations that take place inside the point of sale, but in some other devices the opening is slow and affects the operations within the program, for example: when printing an X report, it takes about 8 seconds, and in some devices 15 seconds, and in about 20 seconds, but on devices with no problems, the program opens in less than a second and an X report is printed in less than a second. What is the reason for this? What is the way to solve this problem given that hardware specs are powerful hardware with SSD hard drives?
Has anyone had this experience and found a solution?

    It  can take some detective work. I'm assuming that all the hardware, peripherals and network is exactly the same? All branches are running RMS version 2.02? If installed, HQ client and RMS HQ are all set up the same way? We have found a slight performance increase by using SSD instead of HDD. However, the age and unsupported status of RMS makes it tough to narrow down slowness.

    Make sure your user permissions are setup correctly, I normally run as admin.   Also make sure your firewall ports are open so that it can connect to the database correctly.

    Go to---> Store Operation Administrator/Head Quarters Administrator. --> Conncet (connect with you database )--> Database (tab) --> Select Reindex......

    It can take while... This trick work in most of cases.  If this thing not work then you can go ahead and try one more thing.

    First of check is your system is working fine with all other program. If it is not working fine then you need to improve performance for you system.

    If it is then go ahead and check your database. It can be very big size database.
