Table Data Effective permissions query

Good day Folks

Our client has just been upgraded by MS to ver 18.1 and now some users are encountering the error " You do not have the following permissions on TableData Checklist Setup: Read. To view details about your permissions see, the Effective Permissions page".

We have checked the Permission set for table 1996 [Checklist Setup] and the users do have Read permission.   However, if we access the Effective Permissions pafe for a problematic user, the Object Type Table Data is not showing that they even have access to the Table Data object.

We have noticed that our user who is set up as a Super user has no issues.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Thank you

Hello - When Business Central updates and there are changes to security these are not pushed to custom permission sets.  What you can do is assign the D365 BASIC permission set to the users (or User Groups) affected.
