How to ship several sales orders?

Hello,

is it possible to only "ship" marked sales orders? I know that it is possible to ship and invoice but how to I only ship them?

Hi,

You can choose "Ship" option when you are trying to Post the sales order.

Ok, I found a solution that works so far.

I added a new action to the "Sales Order List" and used the OnAction trigger to call the report 296 "Batch Post Sales Orders". In the request page you can choose between ship or invoice... and so on.

Or it's also possible to use the "Post Batch" action if you don't have any additional requirements.

Hi,

Please refer the below link. There is Batch Posting feature in Sales Order List. from there you can control the Sales Order posting routine.

You can mark the orders you want to post and use the batch post action on the sales orders page. Then you just select ship and not invoice.
