The CRM integration does not do work

Hello,

 

I'm trying to connect my FST to Dynamics CRM. I have already installed the ISV FST and retreived the security token and Service Account Identifier. When i want to authorize the solution at the FST Settings area, nothing seems to happen. I put in the exact same information received earlier at the installation.

 

What am i doing wrong here?

    I am having the same problem.  I updated the Fantasy Sales Team Solution to the newest version and now it will not pull the new game that I set up into CRM.

    Have you already made a ticket/issue at the office portal? I registered this issue and the support team fixed my problem in no time.

    No I have not entered an official ticket.  Last time I did that they told me it was an unsupported application and I needed to post on the support forum.  Have they changed this?

    Hi Katie,

    I can assist you. When you upgraded the solution a new Service Account Identifier should of been automatically updated for you.  I have requested that your SID is changed.  I will notify you once completed and then you will be able to login to CRM with new credentials.  Thank you.

    K. Campbell,

    Please go to FST web app > GAMES > CRM INTEGRATION.  Please copy/paste your new SID.  Then login to CRM > FST Settings > New login and enter new credentials.  You should now be good to go.  Let me know if you need further assistance.  Thank you.

    Tina,

    I followed your instructions and it is still not working.    I have tried logging in and out of FST, CRM, and 365.  I have tried activating the game and it is still not pulling in to CRM.   I have let us sit for about 1 hour. How fast should it refresh?   An error is appearing but when I refresh it goes away.  Any thoughts?
